In Hamilton, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Ohio, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–4:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Hamilton is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Hamilton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Very informal I felt like I was at an Urgent Care. I went in to find a new office after I changed jobs and my dentist did not accept my insurance. I also thought that I may have lost a filling. The front desk staff couldn’t be bothered to look up at me. I had multiple people come in after me that went back before me. My gut told me to just leave, I should have listened. The doctor took photos and X-rays and told me that I had a crack in my tooth but could not show me the crack on either the pics or X-rays. I asked if they could get the X-rays from my last dentist as I was just at the dentist in June/July and had X-rays of that same side due to a tooth on the bottom. I was never answered and they proceeded to take X-rays. The doctor was with me for maybe seven total minutes. After taking X-rays and photos of the area I was concerned about she proceeded to tell me that I had a crack on the tooth that I thought I lost a filling in, she also said I had multiple cavities that needed to be filled. I had no mention of the cavities that they told me I had or the crack (I understand that a crack can happen at any time) when I was just at the dentist that I fully trust. I have to stress ag

Avoid this practice. The staff is nice, but the actual work is sub-par. A second opinion has resulted in me having to have work re-done. You will save money by going to a better practice from the start. I ended up at this practice because I thought I had cracked a tooth and they got me in quickly. I had not but needed several fillings. Over the course of a couple months I had 2 appointments. When I went back in for the second one I informed the staff that I was having serious pain from my first set of fillings. I was told that it just needed to be reprofiled and they did that. (In theory) A month later I was having continued pain so severe that I went to a second dentist for a second opinion. Turns out all of my fillings had been profiled incorrectly, including the one that they "fixed" and I had bruised my teeth from chewing on the fillings when I ate. In 45 minutes Advance Dental in West Chester was able to relieve a large amount of the pain I've been in by reprofiling every single filling Hamilton Riverside did. One of my fillings is going to have to be removed and redone because it was done so poorly there are voids in the filling material. The rest of the staff is very n

I struggled with whether or not to leave this review, but ultimately decided to because I believe patients deserve kindness, honesty, and clear communication. My first concern was my very first appointment. I specifically called to schedule a cleaning and exam and was told that would not be a problem. I was under the impression I would be receiving both that day and was disappointed when I only received an exam. I was later told that my cleaning would be done after all of my dental work had been completed. My appointment was scheduled close to lunchtime, so perhaps the hygienist was simply running behind. I really do not know. If that was the case, a simple explanation and an offer to reschedule my cleaning would have been more than enough. In my experience, most dental offices clean the patient first and then complete any necessary treatment unless the patient is in pain, requires immediate care, or declines a cleaning. Although I was disappointed, I was still willing to move forward with the recommended treatment. During my exam, I was told I needed several fillings and a root canal with a crown on my lower back molar. I was willing to move forward with that treatment. I was al

I had such a great experience with the staff and Doctors. The receptionist Darianne gives such a welcoming smile as you walk in and articulates all info needed and cares about how your experience went during your visit. My dentist, Dr. Patel was kind and concise with explanation of what to be expected throughout my cleaning and filling and properly gave check-ins to make sure I was at comfort and ease. She was able to answer my questions and the process didn’t feel rushed at all. My teeth look and feel healthy; I will be back in 6 months.

Update: 6 month follow up Again Phenomenal service! I had some inflammation in my lower gums. Thank you to Dr. Chaudhary and his Dental Assistants Sam, Izehra and Kania for cleaning and polishing and for being so friendly and professional. I had my first cavity on my last visit and they took care of that same day on the spot! Thank you Sherry for the fill in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their smile (:
